Return and Refund Policy

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the original purchase date.
Reason for returns: damaged or wrong product
Please email sales@myswabx.com or have a chat with us to initiate a return.
Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or funding institution, refunds can take an additional 7-10 business days to post to your account.
